How do you pick the music in your wedding films?
It’s illegal to use other people’s music without their permission in our films. We license each song online which is included in the overall price. It’s important for us to keep creative control when it comes to picking songs to score your film but feel free to tell us if you like any specific genre.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE 'GUEST MESSAGES' TOO?
Unfortunately “Guest Message” videos is not what I provide. I find that many friends and family members tend to shy away from the camera. I like to capture the natural reactions of your big day.
HOW LONG DOES THE EDITING TAKE AFTER THE WEDDING?
Editing takes 12 weeks to complete from your wedding day. If you have chosen the “I Want It All” Wedding package, which has the fast delivery time, Editing takes 2 weeks from your wedding day.
Do you travel for events? If so, is there a travel fee?
Yes. For an accurate travel fee quote, please contact us with your event details. We love to travel for any and all special events, we have even travelled as far as Florida to shoot a wedding!
THE VIDEOS IN THE DIAMOND PACKAGE WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?
The Diamond package includes The main ceremony in full, a full speech video and a 5 to 6 minute Highlight video.
DO YOU FLY A DRONE?
Yes- But only when flying is allowed at the wedding venue and weather permitting.
What is your payment schedule?
We ask for a 20% non refundable deposit upon booking (and in order to hold your Wedding date), Final Payment must be made 2 weeks before the wedding day.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?
In order to ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance because we operate on a first “book” first serve basis. We don’t want you to miss out! Don't hesitate to inquire about last minute bookings though, as you may be lucky.
